Solutions Architect
{ a new CW&B service! }

The job of the Solutions Architect is to create a true liaison between the client, the agency account executive and the agency creative team.

Through background and experience, the Solutions Architect needs to be knowledgeable at working with a variety of information sources and using it to solve marketing problems and create innovative solutions. At CW&B we feel like we have someone who is perfectly suited to this task, Howard Waters.

Few ad pros in Hampton Roads can boast a resume like Howard’s. At one time or another Howard has served as writer, media director, account executive, agency President and practically anything else one might do in an ad agency. He has the unique ability to assimilate facts and figures while not letting them bog down the process to the point of analysis paralysis.

Howard helps ensure that the work of all our clients is created on target and on strategy. But his job is also about looking forward. We want to provide our clients with the ability to be both proactive and anticipatory of where they need to be as campaigns move forward, not just in the present day. He looks at what we’re doing and makes sure our clients are taking advantage of all possible opportunities — that includes evaluation of underserved markets or technologies that have yet to be considered.

After all, if you aren’t ready to do something different, why hire someone whose job is to break through the massive clutter that has totally enveloped all parts of our culture?
