One of the most respected and experienced marketing and advertising executives in Hampton Roads, Howard serves as CWB’s Executive Vice President/Partner and Account Planner. A recipient of the Ad Club of Hampton Roads’ annual Silver Medal for career achievement, he has also received the Humanitarian Award from the Peninsula Chapter of the National Council for Community and Justice (NCCJ).
